The Future National Arab American Bar Association
The National Arab American Bar Association ("NAABA") will be formed in 2011 in the State of New York and is a tax-exempt, non-profit organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
NAABA will be organized for charitable, educational, and professional purposes, including promoting the social, economic, professional and educational advancement of the Arab American community, in the US and abroad, and the community at large.
NAABA will be a national organization seeking to expand professional and community relationships by establishing local chapters throughout the United States and Arab Countries. NAABA will recruit the most distinguished members of the legal profession and Arab American legal community as its Directors and Officers, and upholds the highest levels of professional integrity and excellence.
NAABA will be an independent organization and is not affiliated with any other organization. NAABA will seek to educate and inform the Arab American community about legal issues of interest, and to ensure that the American public at large as well as our representatives and other government officials are fully and accurately informed on legal matters of interest and concern to the Arab American community. In addition, NAABA will strive to publicize and promote the achievements of Arab American lawyers and other legal professionals.
As a 501(c)(3) organization all contributions to NAABA will be tax deductible.
